Peru Coffee – Smooth and Fruity Arabica
A well-balanced coffee with round and delicately fruity notes
Our Peru Coffee is a 100% Arabica grown at high altitude on the Peruvian highlands. It charms with its smooth aromatic profile, round mouthfeel, and light, elegant acidity that brings freshness and complexity.
Artisanally roasted in our workshop in Carcassonne, at Café Romero, this coffee reveals the full richness of the Peruvian terroir thanks to a slow and carefully controlled roasting process.
Origin & Terroir
Peru is renowned for producing high-quality high-altitude coffees. Plantations located between 1,200 and 2,000 meters benefit from:
- A temperate climate

- Rich and fertile soils
This high-altitude cultivation allows for the development of more complex aromas and refined flavor nuances.
